See, this is why stuff doesn't get fixed. Too many are OK with WDW's complacency.
When I spell out $2000 on a vacation to the "Happiest Place on Earth", I expect the rides/attractions to be in...

Stich's Great Escape made me really nauseous. Not because of the intensity, mind you, but because it sucked donkey balls.
-
Marrakesh, since it's more unique. You can find faux-British Pubs in almost any city. The food at R&C is decent, but nothing spectacular.

Epcot (with an emphasis on World Showcase) in the first half of the day, MK in the evening.
Dinner at California Grill.

Another vote for Lola.. can't miss.
The new Horseshoe Casino is a 5 minute walk (at the most) from it too, if you're into gambling.
Also, if you're a fan of ice cream, Cleveland might as well be...

It's good, and no ADR is really needed (though it couldn't hurt)
Last time we dined there, they really rushed us (e.g: brought entree before we were finished with our appetizers, etc.).
We were...

Seems like all the ones who complain (about the food quality, etc) are still the ones going at least once a year.
If it's bad, then don't go. There's other places to vacation than Disney World....

I haven't eaten at Boatwrights, but I've been inside. For overall experience, Coral Reef would win hands down (especially if you get seated right next to the tank).
-
I've never had it myself, but most people swear by the Cheddar Cheese Soup at Le Cellier.
Also, the Chocolate Wave dessert at Coral Reef is really good (though I liked it better before they upped...

Epcot has the best collection of restaurants from a park standpoint, but I wouldn't say any of them are "not to be missed".
Coral Reef is really good for the 'underwater' type atmosphere, if you...

Considering how difficult it is to secure an ADR, I don't think Le Cellier is THAT good.
Don't get me wrong, I think it's good, just not on the level of a Flying Fish, Jiko, or California Grill....

We were there, it was only closed for a very short time. Not sure what the issue was, but I'm guessing it was shut down for maybe 30 minutes at the most.
-
Was there May 2nd - May 8th. Definitely not 8's and 9's, LOL. Maybe slightly more crowded than last year in May? I never believed those crowd predictions for a second..

It's a pretty close call. I've eaten at both, twice. First trip, I enjoyed my meal at Le Cellier more. Last trip, I enjoyed my meal at Coral Reef more. And the atmosphere is unbeatable, despite the...

R&C definitely did not have creme brulee, at least when we went..
-
Only been there for dinner, but it seems like it would be more unique/authentic than breakfast. I'm sure they have some African inspired dishes at Breakfast, but for the most part, it's probably lots...

Kona Cafe's Chocolate-Banana Creme Brulee is the best..
-
They must only give you bread & butter at dinner, because we definetely did not get any for lunch!
I highly recommend the Chocolate Banana Creme Brulee for dessert however.

Went in May of 05 with my best friend, just prior to the introduction of the DDP. Went again in May of 08 and used the Deluxe DDP.
From a food standpoint, I enjoyed May of 08 even more than May of...

Wow, I had heard that was one of the best breakfast places in WDW.

I'm curious too. I've quoted Budget, and it looks like with discounts I could get a rental car (for 7 days) for about $150 (including all taxes), which seems relatively cheap.
My main concern is...
