I would switch to the Yacht Club. I have stayed at both and I am at the parks so much that my room is irrelevant and you get to share the same pool - so make the change. You won't stress so much...

DO Belle first. Grab a fastpass to anything on your way to Belle so when you are through you can hit something else pretty quick to start your day off right.
