what is the definition of a "florida resident" to qualify for resident perks?
I would assume that you would need a current FL Drivers License and/or current utility bills statements for your FL address.

As Bud stated you need a Florida drivers license and you need a utility bill and proof of Florida address
I moved to Florida in June 2017. My wife moved here 6 months later. Literally closed on the house in another state, loaded a U-Haul with essentials (for the apartment) and drove all night. One day later, we went to Disney for a week. Trying to get my wife a Florida resident AP was like pulling teeth. I had to escalate to three levels of supervision. Showed my FDL, Emails from closing documents, and U-haul rental emails. They would not budge until I insisted on going up to the 4th level,of supervision.Quote:
