Check out is generally 11 am. They might give you an extenstion. I requested it last year and got until 1pm only.
However, I would do airport check in (if your airline participates) or luggage hold and go to the parks for the day.
If you are doing ME, they usually pick up around 3 hours prior to flight.

Checkout is 11:00 a.m. as noted. Generally, we just check out before our stated checkout time and store our luggage with Bell Services. We then go out and play until it's time to go to the airport at which point we retrieve our luggage and head on out.
