ugh..im hoping they are not there this sept..i leave in 8 days for disney..i remember back in 2006 when i went at the end of sept..eww..they were everywhere!! i havent heard much about them this year..so i think we will be good!!! :mickey:
I have only seen about 6 this week. They are not very heavy yet. There are actually two on my patio door right now.

Usually, they seem to be gone by early Oct. At worst I don't think you will see many.

It seems like on our past trips they were more attracted to light colors, and water areas. When we were there in 2006 they were really heavy, but not near as bad in 2007.
Just got back Saturday and only saw two the whole time we were there. Thye always seemed to be pretty heavy in latter Sept and early Oct
Just got back on the 19th and for the first half of the trip we saw none, a few days before we left we started to see them but not a lot.:mickey:
I saw one pair over the course of last week, until we got on the ME bus to come home. There were about 6 or so pairs smushed on the windshield.
They are starting to POP up everywhere, I see more and more each day!!! The only good thing that comes out of the pesky little pest's is trying to to explain to my 6 yr old what a love bug is and why they are connected!!!:mickey:
Any one able to comment on Orlando so far this week? My DS (23 months) is terrified of regular house flies so if we have love bugs next week we will be in for an adventure. :( :fingers:
We arrive Oct. 17 do you think they will still be around then?
