We are right around $3.30 here in the Tampa area. :jaw:
$3.06 (regular unleaded) this morning at the gas station we use in NW Houston.
It's about $3.40/gallon in Central NY.
I miss my Suburban --- but not the cost of filling it up!!
In my area of Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley ), it is between $ 3.67 & 3.77
About $4.61/gallon in the Greater Toronto Area. They sell it to us in litres so we don't notice it as much (at $1.22/litre).
I saw 3.35 this morning in south Mississippi
Average 3.69 in Fairfield County, CT
$3.69 here in my little corner of New York. :shake:
$ 3.25 here in levittown, pa. southeast pa. we are just northeast of philly.
$3.45 northwest of Hartford, but $3.33 just over the line in MA.
Thirty miles east of San Francisco we're at $3.75 as of this morning.
Here in Louisiana it was $3.08 on Monday, then today it was $3.15! We are leaving for WDW next Wednesday and are driving. Gas is going to cost a lot more than we were thinking.

Found the gas thread above from a few years ago when prices were thought to be crazy, looking back then and now it's something how much higher it is now then it was back then when it was on the News everyday. Most where under $3/gallon and now everyone seems to be above that. The highest price I had posted back then was $3.15 and now it's $.35-$.45 higher and will most luckly go up more.
We went from $3.19 to $3.35 in 2 days here 45 min NW of Pittsburgh.
Here we go again. The oil companies must not be giving their big guys the bonuses they require.:thedolls:
It went from 3.28 (at the "cheap") station on Wednesday to 3.41 today,,I've seen it as high as 3.56/gallon unleaded in WNY. The oil companies are blaming it on the "civil unrest" in Libya, however I think I heard we get less than 10% of our oil from there:shake:
We are at 3.19 a gal in the St Louis area.
I hope it goes down for my trip the end of April, but probably not.
Where are the politicians when we need them?
Happy motoring.
southeast wisconsin went from 3.17 to 3.35 in one day!
The station that was $3.09 two days ago is now $3.27. That is in Eagleville, PA about 15 miles west of Philly (part of Valley Forge National Park is in my township.)
$3.39 here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
We found regular last night at $3.28, while most other stations in the same part of Orlando were at about $3.39. Notice I said "were" - - chances are it's higher this morning.
My truck uses diesel - - right now, it's averaging $ 3.60. :spend: Fortunately, I get about 24 mpg.
Last night gas prices were $3.24 in my area.
Yesterday morning when I left home gas at the station just up the street from my home was $3.09. When I returned home about 4 hrs later it was $3.39. Ridiculous, but I'm now really glad I work 3 miles from my home.
Filled up my tank on Monday Feb 21st at $3.05/gal. But by tues the 22nd it went up to $3.29 a gal! Later this week it "dropped" down to $3.25. I think that is the lowest I have seen. Hoping it drops down again before my next need for a fill up. I was lucky this one time!:(
$3.27 a gallon here now for regular. Unfortunately, my car needs premium and that's running me $3.50 a gallon.
Which is just fabulous when you consider that my round trip commute to work each day is 80 miles. :crying:
Regular was $3.259 when I filled our vehicles up on Thursday. I noticed it was up to $3.399 this afternoon. HLN was reporting yesterday that we could see prices get up to $5 a gallon this summer.
Wow, you guys are making me feel good about our prices. 3.15 a gallon (up from 2.93 earlier this week) just north of Denver.
It is $3.35 in Lewistown PA. It went from $3.19 to $3.35 last week.
Just paid $3.57 at Safeway. Chevron across the street wanted $3.75. This is for REGULAR! Insane.
We (Americans) are addicted to our cars and cheap gasoline. And even at 3.50 per gallon, gas is still cheap compared to most every other place in the world. That doesn't mean I like to pay that much though. When I was a teenager, we had gas price war for a few months in our town/county. The lowest I ever paid was 19.9 cents per gallon. This was in the 1970's believe it or not. It wasn't that cheap for long though. My best friend had a VW Beetle and we could cruise all night on pocket change.
Gas in my town in Northern NJ went from $2.99 Thursday morning to $3.15 by Saturday for Unleaded, paying cash, which is how I fill up.
Still cheaper than most places in the United States so for that I am grateful. This is going to have an effect on the economy. The average family will have to cut out other things to allow for the extra money being spent at the pump.
We saw this happen in 2008. All while the oil companies had reported "record profits".
It is a vicious wheel. Hope it just doesn't keep rising!

Guys, there's been a few posts here that are straying off topic a bit. The question is, "What are gas prices in your area?" not "Why is gas so expensive?" or "Who's getting rich off of gas prices?"
Keep the politics and the opinions out of it and stay focused on the thread topic, please.
The Triad area of North Carolina is at about $3.39...It's gone up over 15 cents in the past week or soo...
Gas in Central NY is now $3.63. OUCH!!
Holding steady here in NJ at $3.15 (at my favorite Delta Gas Station) for Unleaded!!!
2 Full days now!!!!!
It's more at other stations in my area, I just happen to know where the CHEAPEST GAS IS!!!!!
Ya know...why pay more than you have to, and I don't even have to go out of my way!!!

The weekend before last, gas was $3.05 at our cheap station. I heard about the increase and went to fill up last Monday. It was already to $3.14. Then, by this weekend, it was $3.29. Crazy!
If it's going to $5-7.50, like I've read, we won't be vacationing, or doing much of anything extra this summer. We won't be able to afford the drive to work, much less the drive to the beach!
It jumped to $3.79 over the weekend here in the San Francisco area. This summer is going to be brutal.
