I just completed a DCL a few weeks ago and I am happy to report that you can now have mobile cell phone coverage from your stateroom. Just be sure to contact your carrier and make sure you have international roaming coverage on your account and you'll be set to go. The price will vary from carrier to carrier of course, so check it out.
