How about Typhoon Lagoon? It's in the DTD area, the themeing fits in & I was there a couple years back which may explain why the picture looks familiar.

I like your train of thought but I'm afraid it isn't there (Figaro is not keen on water!). It is actually a little closer to DTD than TL.

It's not the health care walk-in. I will admit that it is not a place that tourists would automatically go to but it was well worth a visit.

The only other area I can picture in that area of DTD/Market Place is the Casting Center? This is a very good but tough. Figaro is well hid.
