He is NOT in Liberty Square. You are on absolutely the right track with walkways (although a specific part of a specific walkway) but none of you have the right walkway yet. I think Ellen may be closest. Think in terms of a walkway where you can see another park icon behind you as you approach where Figaro is.

Yes! He is just outside Liberty Square because the sign for Liberty square is just behind where he had his picture taken.

It is in the Rock'N'Roll courtyard and it is someone from another board but not the UK one. I just looked back at Figaro's reports myself and he at least has the grace to look :blush: when he says he has his picture with this person - he names him as though he was the boards......

Wow, ok, narrowed down the park issue... now where at there? I really don't remember any purple flowers.. I remember a bunch of red roses as you are walking to the Showcase... let's see... purple flowers... how about maybe in front of Journey into your Imagination?
