Well, it looks like the morning, and the sun rises from the East (that is why the UK is ahead of us :D ). The right side of the sphere is getting the sunlight. So being the Sherlock Holmes that I am, it would mean either the Art Shop or by the tombstones. I would say outside the Art Shop. :thumbsup:

The pink looks like a vinyl temporary covering over glass or plexiglass, since part of it is peeling off and it has wrinkles in it. The brown covering under the surface where Figaro is sitting is also wrinkled.

I will try to find a picture of the sign outside the building for you...it's on the main street as you enter on the left. There is a neon sign of Pluto with his tail wagging and it says "toys". It's that "blend" of shops that is a block long (like the Emporium.)
