Where can I find Mickey Mouse shower curtains and stuff like that, not down in WDW? Any suggestions?

Yeah, the catalog is a good idea. So is Disneystore.com, although it doesn't have as much.

I thought about re-doing one of my rooms to Disney. Yeah, as it turns out it will only stay as a thought since it would cost me over $1,000 just for the essentials!!!!! http://www.intercot.com/boards/eek.gif

I don't know if you have a Lowe's home improvement store near you, but I've seen bathroom curtains, toothbrush holders, etc. there. I've also occasionally seen them in department stores. I would suggest just visitng everywhere you know that has shower curtains. It's a lot of work but the end result will be worth it http://www.intercot.com/boards/smile.gif .

Janet -

You could call Disney At Home directly at Downtown Disney (407-828-2590) or call WDW Merchandising (407-363-6200) and they should be able to find it for you anywhere in WDW.

Well the Disney at Home store is a little expensive for me. I shecked Lowe's on the way home from the meet Saturday and apparently all that stuff had been clearanced out and was no longer available. Bummer. I did win some Stick on Mickey Mouse Wall Border on ebay this week so that is a start. I may get mom to make me a shower curtain.

I got my Mickey shower curtain (in the classic Mickey colors like I wanted) at Wal-Mart, after much shopping around. I was tempted to buy 2 just to have one to replace this one whenever it needs it.

I would keep checking Ebay as well. When I redid the kids' bathroom there was tons of stuff out there - even things I couldn't find in the Catalog! They were at great prices too. Good luck!! http://www.intercot.com/boards/smile.gif

you might get lucky in places like Sears, JC Penny and Target, that carry some of our merch. Check to see if there is a DSC outlet store near you, or somewhere you are going. I live outside of Philadelphia, and there is one in Virginia. While it's 3 to 3 1/2 hours away, it is on my way to my uncle's house in Quantico, so i always stop in. i got my shower curtain there and they were still carrying it in the DSC. it was the white one with the purple Mickey icons. They redid it in green this year. you could probably take a bed sheet and make a shower curtain. My bedroom drapes (while not Mickey) are made out of irregular sheets that match my bed linens. Good Luck!!

Janet, when you are rich and famous be sure to check out Kohler for your bathroom rennovations. They have some of the coolest sinks, facets, etc. But they aren't cheap (it won't matter as you will be rich and famous)

When you get your shower curtain, et. al., see if they still have the Mickey bath and hand towels. Ours are big, white and red, and have Mickey hands where you would normally dry your hands. They really are neat.

We bought ours in MGM at the store across from the Villan store. If they are still available, I'm sure WDW merchandise would have them.
