Is the Ocala Disney Information Center on I-75 in Ocala, FL open on Sunday? If so at what time do they open?

It has been open on Sunday the last two times we drove down to WDW, we usually stop there around 3 p.m. or so. To me it is a wasted stop, but to the kids it is a great stop. So we make the stop and plan to do so this time around.

I've heard that you can sometimes get some great discounts on Disney hotels when you walk into this center. Does anyone know that to be true? When we drive down, we come down I-95. I've thought about swinging over there to check out the hotel rate deals but have never checked it out since it would probably add an extra hour to our drive.

I read somewhere recently (in a guidebook I think) that they no longer offer deals like that.
