Are the trams working yet at Epcot or Hollywood Studios?

Service resumed at Disney's Animal Kingdom on May 27 2022. Trams returned to Magic Kingdom in December 2021, but remain unavailable at Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Disney has said that all parks will have a tram service again by the end of 2022.

In my recent experience, the trams that are running are not operating at park opening but begin operating later in the morning. When leaving the parks, I have seen trams at Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom but not at the other parks.

Up and running at MK & AK. Not Epcot or the studios yet

Can anyone think of a reason why the trams are not available at Epcot or Studios other than Disney under Cheapskate are too cheap to provide this service to guests? WIth parking prices what they are, a little service could be expected in return.

Are the trams working at Mk and Epcot yet?

We were in both of those parks a couple of weeks ago and didn't see any trams running at that time.
