Pin trading

I haven't been to the parks since just before COVID. Do cast members still trade pins?

I haven't seen any cast members trading pins but I have seen pin boards at various locations

Since I pin trade, I asked around, and there are pin boards in random locations. Some are at pin trading places, Some are in some stores, etc. MK has one in every land-the store at the exit of Splash, inside the Emporium near Caseys; HS was nice enough to give me a map and circle every pin trading location. The best one anywhere was inside Sid Cahuenga's (a/o 7/21); in Animal Kingdom in the pin selling place to the left as you enter Discovery Island, and at the cart in Africa that sells pins too, next to the path to Asia. In the QS at BC and YC, in the shop by the QS at Pop. Can't remember others, but ask CMs, they usually can point you to the right place.
