Finally going back to WDW next month. Just wondering how things have changed. Do the shops in the Parks still offer to send your purchases back to your Resort? Do they even send them to the front of the Park you're in?
When we stayed in Riverside last time, the Resort store offered to ship our packages back to our home...do they still do that? It was a huge convenience.

Thanks for responding. Intercot is a great community!

I didn't send anything to the front of the park or to my resort, but I did ship a lot of stuff home during our trip last month.

From the Disney website:

Souvenir Pick-Up – Currently Unavailable

Theme park merchandise purchased during the day can be delivered to a designated location near the front entrance for convenient pick-up as you exit the park. To utilize this service, simply let the retail clerk know during time of purchase.

Resort Hotel Delivery – Currently Unavailable
At this time, our Resort Home Delivery service is temporarily paused. Learn more about recent updates at Walt Disney World Resort.

If you’re staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can arrange to have park souvenirs delivered to your hotel instead of carrying them around with you all day. Simply tell the retail clerk during time of purchase and arrangements will be made quickly and easily.

Home Delivery
Theme park purchases can also be shipped to your home via UPS or FedEx for an additional fee.

I will miss the package ship to resort if it doesn't come back. We used to joke all the time about all the green receipt slips that would clutter our hotel room. We definitely will purchase less if we have to carry it with us.

so how does this work if you want to purchase wine in Epcot. In the past they made you send it to the front of the park.
