Driving from PA to WDW

We will be driving to WDW from western PA in early July. I typically go I-79, 19, I-77, I-26, I95 and I-4. Has anyone drove this route or the I-77 and I-95 portions of the route recently? Just wondering about construction delays along the way as we will be traveling on a week day.

We just drove from the Washington DC area to Cocoa Beach Florida area and had no problems on I95 at all. Not sure if that information will help you or not.

Good to know I-95 was not an issue. I'll be coming down I-77 thru Charlotte and Columbia, SC, then across I-26 to I-95, then I-4 to Disney. Looks like I-77 has quite a bit of construction.

Living in SWVA, we take that same route down I-77 onward. We just did it about a month ago and didn't encounter any kinds of delays at all, either direction. Safe travels!

Google can be your friend on this one....I typed in Pittsburgh, PA to Walt Disney World and the map came up with Construction Zones/Accidents/etc. shown.

It updates regularly and would probably be good to check 'day of' and all along your route. Many of your phone/mobile route maps will do the same during your drive.
