​When they say "the resort is reopening", does that include all the restaurants inside the resort? For example: I read that the Poly will reopen sometime in the summer. Does that mean Ohana's is likely to reopen?

Not necessarily. A number of resorts with restaurants have reopened, but their 'table service' restaurants have not.
