I am having trouble completing online check-in at My Disney Experience for a DVC stay using points. I fill in all required info, and get an error telling me I need to provide credit card info, which I did provide. I did this successfully for a non-DVC reservation just before trying the DVC stay, so I don't think this is cockpit error.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, same problem here. I was trying every day for about a week on my computer with the same error message. Finally, I did it through the app on my Iphone and it worked no problem.
