Has anyone been to Epcot recently? Are the countries's small kiosks still open and selling fooed in front of each of the countries and also is the food and win festival still happening?

The Food and Wine Festival actually started July 15th and is running longer to accommodate the reduced park capacity; an Epcot park reservation and admission is required.

There are limited kiosks this year and a few of them rotate on which days they are open. They festival runs until right before Thanksgiving week
