Rise of the Resistance reopening?

Pardon me if this has already been asked, but has there been any update on Rise is the Resistance opening after the lightning strike? Many thanks!

It appears it opened back up today.

Can I have a little more information on what and how is happening now? We were going to quarantine, but then it happened. And now in the new conditions it is not very clear.
