Contacting Disney.

I Re-booked my reservation. But I had a question, I tried to call Disney but it said all circuits busy, it’s been that way yesterday and today, I am sure it’s because of everybody calling, but I was just curious if anybody else had tried to call and got the same message

I think I read you can't make any changes until next month. But, could be everyone calling. A travel board I follow says people are cancelling trips as far out as December, so getting quite busy with that.

Phone systems everywhere are totally overwhelmed, with all of the people working from home and everyone all of a sudden suing their phones for actual calls again. I wish there was a great trick, but you really just have to keep trying if it can't wait.
