My family will be in Ireland this summer and we are contemplating taking a flight over to France to spend a few days at Disneyland Paris (a lifetime dream of mine!!!).

Is there anyone reading who has ever been to Disneyland Paris? If so, how many days are needed to see it? This would be a once in a lifetime trip, so I want to ensure I experience it all.

I think you need a minimum of 2 days, if you can do "commando-type" touring. I would really recommend 3 days, so you have time to see the shows (There are both French and English performances). I have stayed for 4 days, which gave me time to go see a couple of the resort hotels.

I'm so excited for you. I've never been, so I can't offer any advice. I can't wait to read your trip report though.

My cousins went a few months ago and did the park in 2 or 3 days. They were in Paris for 5 days total. Their takeaway was that while the Air B&B was nice and reasonably priced...a hotel is a must next time.

Thanks for the information! If we go, we were definitely planning on staying on site. I want to get the resort feeling!

I have stayed in the Sequoia Lodge - it looks somewhat like the Wilderness Lodge, in Florida, but not nearly as large. It's a moderate-priced hotel. If you like a lot of atmosphere, the Cheyenne, which is value-level, is really cute. It looks like the set of a western town.

We'll be there for one day during our honeymoon across Europe in May/June! Have a great time!
