If i purchase tickets from disney's website and choose e-mail delivery, where do i get the hard plastic "tickets" - Ticket booths or park entry "turnstiles" (or some other option) - i do not have magic bands. TIA for any info.

If you are not staying 'On Property,' you will most probably need to exchange your voucher for a hard ticket, or MagicBand (of the plain grey variety) at one of the Ticket Booths or Customer Relations booths before trying to enter a park.

You'll be able to get a ticket card at any ticket booth or Guest Services location.
