At what point can I expect WDW to release special offers for the early part of January (5th and beyond), 2020?

Typically, they would be out by now if they had anything to do with dining. Other than that, they could come out any time or not at all. Not trying to be "funny" or "smart" about it, that's just how they work anymore.
