I am not a fan of honey. I didn't realize there were different kinds.

Yes different flavors of honey. It depends on the flowers available to bees. Up here near Philly we have clover and wildflower honey. But in Florida there are the orange blossoms the bees like and it is sweeter with just a hint of orange. My cousin who lives in Orlando gets it at Walmart and sends it up to me. You should try it, it's yummy.

Ugh. I got sick, and my doctor prescribed me a spoonful of honey 5 times a day to help with my cough. It made me think of this discussion, and I wished I could get the honey you said was so yummy.
