Buying Gift Cards @ Target

Good Morning Everyone!

I've been reading about getting Disney Gift Cards from Target and getting the 5% off but I just signed up for the Red Card and it states that the 5% isn't offered on Gift Cards. Is this a change of policy? Has anyone had any issues lately with getting 5% off?

I’ve been able to get the 5% off Disney cards when I’ve ordered online. I’m fairly certain that disclaimer applies to Target Gift Cards.

I bought about $1500 worth last year. As someone else stated it applies to Target Gift Cards. Also...you have to buy in very small increments every couple of days if you need aot like I did. Target flags big purchases of them because they think you're buying them for resale.
