Animal Kingdom day so got the bus after breakfast and was surprised when we got near the park the bus turned away from the main entrance and down a back road to what appeared to be a CM entrance! However we then noticed the bus stops had moved from where they were on our previous trip 4 years ago so the back road seemed to be the way in. We arrived not long after rope drop, got our map and times guide and decided to head to Up! The Bird Adventure via the various animal exhibits on the way. Did enjoy the show but seemed like less birds than the old show or could be because it was still quite cool temperature wise.
We had a fastpass for Na'vi River Journey so went back for our first look at Pandora. We were not disappointed. The theming is so detailed even down to logos on the trash cans and the floating mountains looked like floating mountains. Incredible. Before our fastpass time we saw the Pandora Drummers. Very entertaining and if you like the Japanese drummers at Epcot, you'll like these I'm sure. The ride it self we LOVED. So beautiful, the detail and bioluminescence and the Shamen, Wow! the movement is so fluid and lifelike. We were glad we had another fastpass for another day as couldn't wait to ride again.
Next after a quick lunch ( sorry, don't remember what or where ) we had a fastpass for the Safari. DH used the wheelchair accessible car as he finds it more comfortable to be in his chair for this bumpy trip. We saw a lot more animals than on previous trips which we think may have been down to the cooler temps so were more active.
After the safari we decided to head back to WL for a rest before dinner at Raglan Road.
Love this place! Perhaps its the quarter Irish part of me but I find it soooooo hard to stay still when those jigs and reels are playing. DH had the Serious Steak and I had the Lambo and both had the Ger's Bread Pudding for dessert! Seriously, leave room for it, you won't regret it.
Came out around 2 hours later and as had gone quite chilly headed back to WL for a hot choc and bed.

We enjoy the Navi River Ride as well (whenever we can manage to get a fastpass for it as the lines are still very long on most days).

Nice day with good dining to cap it off!!
