When do magic bands usually get sent out?

We ordered the magic bands over a month ago for our Feb 15 2019 trip and we still have not received them. When do they get sent out?

We got ours exactly 1 month before our arrival. Coincidentally, just after our final payment.

Generally 2-4 weeks before arrival date. They typically send you an email when they are shipped.

While you may have already customized your music bands, Disney allows those decisions to be changed up until 30 days before checkin. On day T - 30, that window is closed. T-29 days, bands go to production. Around T-26 (give or take, depending on weekends), the bands will be shipped to you. Typically, they will arrive within a week, but it can take longer. Once they ship, you'll get an email/text, with the tracking info. In general, they arrive about 2 weeks before your checkin date.
