In response to the announcement of Oga’s Cantina for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?217510-Walt-Disney-Imagineering-Details-quot-Cantina-quot-for-Star-Wars-Galaxy-s-Edge&p=2517497#post2517497)at Disneyland, a Walt Disney Imagineer publicly confirmed the location would serve alcohol:

We are developing a specialty cocktail (non-alcohol- and alcohol-based) menu that will include creatively themed custom cocktails, and proprietary beer and wine options.

Outside of the private Club 33 complex, this addition is set to break the 63 year 'dry' tradition of Disneyland park.

How great would it be if no one bought the alcohol drinks? A boycott of tradition. But if people buy them, you can't blame Disney. They are providing a desired service/product.
