The Disneyland Operational Calendar now indicates that "Remember...Dreams Come True" Fireworks Spectacular will return to Disneyland park on select nights beginning September 7, 2018.
The Disneyland Operational Calendar is currently only released through September 14th, but it is expected that "Remember...Dreams Come True" will run until the start of 2018 'Merriest Place on Earth' event (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?217354-Disneyland-Resort-Announces-Details-for-Merriest-Place-on-Earth-2018) and its “Believe … in Holiday Magic" fireworks.

While there have been no indications of changes to "Remember...Dreams Come True" from its most recent run, I am personally hoping they find a way to keep the Coco segment from "Together Forever".
