Star Wars land opening date?

I am kind of thinking about getting a trip down to Disneyland prior to the opening of Star Wars land (when the chaos unleashes) but would also like to try to time the trip to catch the Halloween decorations. I believe that I read that the land is supposed to open in 'Fall' of 2019. Any guesses about timing? If I planned a trip for sometime in September do you think I'd have a good chance to avoiding the madness?

Late Fall 2019 is the opening 'date' for Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disneyland parks's version currently has a Summer 2019 opening 'date'.

Current expectation is a May/June 2019 opening date between Memorial Day Weekend and Mid-June based on recent Disney 'Summer' debuts.

They probably want to push it as close as possible to 12/20/19 as possible to coincide with the Episode IX release date after that bummer that was Episode VIII. They probably need to regain some of they mojo in light of the poor box office for Solo. Personally, I enjoyed Solo (way more than VIII anyway) but it looks like Disney has some PR work to do to get the franchise back on track.
