Barsky - Golden Retriever pup extraordinaire
Christi - my human
Aaron - my human's friend and shaman in World of Warcraft

Today was another rest day. We laid around all morning doing nothing. Our paws hurt from walking in wet shoes. My human had noticed a Nike outlet store just down the road and decided we should go there. She needed some new shoes for work and some dry shoes. I wanted to stay and do nothing, but she picked me up and put me in my bag anyway.

It took a while, but eventually we found two pairs of shoes that fit well. Then we took off to Downtown Disney, er Disney Springs. We had some research to do at Trex. The food was ok but way overpriced. We took lots of pictures and then headed out to the Lego store. My human loves the Maleficent dragon. She said she will buy it one day when they sell it. Aaron told her she better start saving her money now. After shipping some toys to Aaron's kids, we wandered around Disney Springs, checking out the new places my human had read about on Intercot. We were too stuffed to try any of the delicious looking desserts. I thought something was wrong with my human when she even passed up the chocolate in the Ganachery. I didn't need to worry though. When we found The Edison, she got dessert. Aaron got the Rocky Road milk shake. It was HUGE. I could have fit in that glass.

After dessert, we waddled towards the movie theater. Aaron wanted to see Deadpool 2. On the way, we watched a group of entertainers rap out words that people in the audience chose. It was pretty amazing. They had words like onamonapia, puppies, and supercalifragilisticexpaladocious. They did a great job.

We got our movie tickets and then went to our seats. This movie theater is not very good. Our seats were at the very end of the row right against a wall. Who doesn't leave a walkway between the seats and the wall? My human always has to go to the bathroom 2 or 3 times during a movie, so this wasn't going to work for us. We went and got a refund (which still hasn't posted in the bank yet).

Of course, it was pouring rain again, so we headed back to our resort. It was our last night to enjoy the sound of crickets from our balcony.

Rest days can be good days! I do agree that the movie theatre was strange, I love being on the end (with a aisle) too!

A nice, relaxed day and a successful shopping trip - not to mention dessert...What could be better??
