Laundry-How much has doing it at the resorts changed in 7 years?

Doing the math, it has been 7 years since I have done laundry at the resorts. It seems like most everything else has changed about staying on-property, so figured laundry has also. Can you still pay with quarters? Or, do you have to use your wristband? :laundry2:

I had to use my credit card last time I did laundry at AKL in 2016

Unless things have changed, you CANNOT use your band or a gift card. It's cash or credit card only. The system controlling the laundry equipment is a 3rd party company, so they aren't tied into the Disney payment system.

You can also do the laundry bag service though in the rooms, still. Charged to room.

In May we were staying at Boardwalk Villas in a studio .... on the main floor near the pool ..... no charge....
