Fold out sofas and chairs

Thank you for your insight about staying in a villa at Kidani. Can someone please give me an idea of the type of pull out sofas and chairs they use. We need to know what to expect about setting them up and how comfy they are.

When we stayed there around 2012 the living room had a full or queen size fold out sofa bed and what I would guess is a twin size fold out chair bed. Both were in the living room.

I don't know what brand they were, but they were just your typical fold out furniture. Not incredibly comfortable, but acceptable for our kids to sleep on, they never complained.
