I will be in a scooter and we have fast passes for this ride. I need to have knee surgery on both knees so they are in bad shape. I know you have to transfer for this ride but is it a big step down to enter the ride vehicle or whatever it is?

TIA!

Going in 16 days!

It is a small boat, but the step into the seats is like it's a small world or the boat ride in Mexico. You can step onto the seat, and then onto the floor. I think that getting out is harder, and I would recommend sitting in the front row, since it gives a touch extra room to stretch out.

Just to echo what Heather said.... I use a walker, more for back issues. I step on to the seat, then the floor of the boat. Row one or three work the best for me. It's easier as the handrails are there for those rows. They don't rush you to get out either.
