Apple Scooters

I have to say that when I first used them, I loved them! Always dealt w/ a guy there named Alex and he was awesome, not sure if he's there. I used Apple many times and i noticed the service and scooters were going way down. It was disappointing.
I have talked on here a few times about how disappointed I was, and some had the same experience.
I would like to say that the last 2 times I have used them though, they have been awesome. Service is much better and the scooters are in better shape.
Just wanted to recommend them again to everyone who needs a scooter.

I agree. I have used Apple Scooter for myself and my lady friend numerous times. I have had minor issues but they were addressed right away. I have a scooter reserved for my trip the end of this month.

I was told they are updating their fleet and are getting rid of the 4 wheel scooter and going to all 3 wheel scooters. Their web site reflects this change. I have used both 3 and 4 wheel and see no issue with either.

I will recommend Apple to anyone. :mickey:

We have used Apple several times in the past, most recently two weeks ago. The scooter my Mom received looked like it had just come off the assembly line. Terrific shape! I ended up needing one during our stay and also ordered one from Apple. Mine was a mess. Even other guests commented on how beat up it was - made me look like a really bad driver. It ended up having major issues, but when I called and explained the situation, they had a brand new scooter delivered to the resort within half an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have used Apple Scooters always and I agree with those who stated there once was a time when the scooters and their chargers were both in pretty bad shape. Two past trips in a row, the fully charged scooter died at Animal Kingdom. But a replacement was delivered and all was well. For our recent trip in September this year I was considering going with someone else, but the prices were dramatically higher. So we booked with Apple and I was extremely satisfied. We arrived shortly before Irma and left a week later. Apple called me about 3 days before we left for WDW to confirm. They gave us a free upgrade to a much better scooter and it was incredible, without any issues the whole time. I most certainly would recommend them.

I wonder if the company might be under new management or sold. If so, I feel bad for them-they have so much bad press to overcome. Perhaps they should change their name! Because otherwise, like someone else said, I'm not that brave!

I used Apple on my trip in September. The first scooter they brought had a bad battery and I called them. They had a new, better model waiting for me at Bell Services when I got back to my resort later that day. No extra charge for the upgrade. I have no complaints. They were great!

Just wanted to add that I got back a few days ago from a WDW trip, and saw several Apple scooters. Every one looked to be in great shape. Up in the DVC members lounge, I talked with a man who had an Apple scooter (thank you for be willing to answer questions from a stranger, if you're here). He agreed that Apple has improved considerably from what he'd heard, and he mentioned something about them being able to enter theme parks to help now (don't know what he meant). Another thing making me wonder if they're under new, improved management.

I always use Apple and have never been disappointed. One time there was something wrong with the battery and it would not hold a charge. We were at MK and I called them, they came to MK in less than 30 minutes with a new battery. Awesome!

Just got back a few days ago, and once again Apple was awesome!
