Is there a place to meet Ursula? I thought maybe at the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, but I can't find a complete list. They all just say blah, blah, blah and "more".

Ursula has never been a meetable character. The only place to "see" her is the Voyage of the Little Mermaid show at DHS

I prefer any real person costume.. I.e. I don't like the princesses, Mary Poppins, etc. I prefer ones like Hook, Chip n Dale, Buzz, etc.

I actually haven't met Ursula at all in all the times I've been there. And as someone already said, she is not a meetable character.
