Sept Trip Planning -College program?

My niece is in the college program and she has to fly home for a Dr appt in September and I will be flying with her back - Staying for 6 days - My DH and DS will also be with us- I haven't booked a room yet or tickets due to we have to wait till She is in the HUD until she will be able to do this- I was wanting to know if anyone knows the room discount and can she also purchase 5day hopper passes with a discount? every thing I have read says she get free passes but has to be at the park for us to use them. If she works late, I don't want her to have to wake up early to get us in a park. Please help! I have never been this unprepared for a Disney TRIP! No Room, No Tickets, NO FP!

Just dropped DD of for her DCP. Not sure about the discounts on the rooms, they vary based on availability. Pass Discounts are around 10%. You are right, your niece would need to be at the gate to get you in for free. She will earn passes as she accumulates hours worked.

There is a FB group (Sorry John Y) called Disney College Program Parents that has alot of info like you are looking for. My wife joined and is getting such great insight into DCP. It also allays alot of the worries a parent might have. You and your family should check it out.

Where is your niece working and what is she doing? Its a very exciting time for all these kids. They have been gifted a great opportunity. I am enjoying watching from home, but cannot wait to be back at WDW to see my Kid Making Magic
