My husband and I are DVC members. We have 2 adult children, ages 26 and 21. The older one lives with us and we do not claim him on our taxes (though we may next year if he goes back to school as planned). The younger one is in college and we do claim her on our taxes. When looking at purchasing annual passes for everyone, would either of them qualify for the discounted pass? I kind of assume the younger one will, since she's still in college and our dependent. I assumed the older one would not since he is not our dependent and his name is not on the DVC contract. However, he does live at our same address, and one of the things mentioned when reading about the passes, is that you have to bring a driver's license or ID showing all adults live at the same address when picking up your pass. I'd love it if someone who knew the answer could help me out here....thanks!!

As long as your address is still your sons' registered addresses they can get a DVC AP. The do need to show proof that their addresses are the same when you pick them up. We just use our driver's licenses when we do ours (along with the DVC card). Mine our 25 and 21 (not claimed on our taxes) and I've done it with no issue

Technically it's anyone considered "immediate family" living under your roof.
