Has anyone stayed here?? My husband and I will be staying for 3 nights in October.

Sorry. Haven't stayed here. All I can comment on is that it is not too bad of a walk to the Disneyland Resort entrance (I've stayed at Candy Cane next door), although at the end of a long day it may feel longer than it did in the morning!
