AK and Pandora status today

As of 11:30am, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is open to all Guests.

However, admission into the Pandora section of the park is limited. there is a queue line to enter Pandora – The World of Avatar.

At this time, only Guests with Fastpasses for Pandora attractions are being allowed access to Pandora without waiting in line. The current wait time to enter Pandora is more than an hour.

The current wait time for Avatar Flight of Passage is 250 minutes. For Na'Vi River passage the wait time is 210 minutes.

Wow! I guess it's to be expected but I would be unlikely to stand in a line that was 4 hours long!!

Glad I was at Epcot instead. Heard people were camping out at 3am to get in. Insanity!!! Glad I got to preview Pandora.

The Epcot parking lot was virtually empty when I left at 1pm.

Glad to hear it is popular! Could you imagine what would of happened if they opened it up and lines were only 30 minutes? Disney wouldn't build a new land for 20 years because they would be gun shy!

I would not stand in line that long... I did not stand in line that long when Frozen was that long.

AK is having opening day difficulties.

As of 7:15pm, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is open to all Guests. However, Disney has closed access to Pandora for the remainder of the night except for guests holding Fastpasses.

As of 10:30 both Flights of Passage and Na'vi River are listed as "temporarily closed" due to problems with the attractions.

They let guests in at 6 am this morning .
