If you are staying on property, what time on your 60th countdown day can you start booking your FP online?

Is it 6am? 7am or earlier?

Just wondering because I have to go to a work event sunday AM and thats my first day to book:)

It's 7am Eastern. You can search online for a few sites with Disney World Fast Pass calculator that will tell you what day you can make them if you don't know for certain.

Thanks for the info-
I was able to log in at 7 and got all my FP+ for our trip. And I was able to leave on time for the long ride to the family party up north :)
P.S. The Pandora ones went fast!!
