Does booking opening at midnight or 7am at the 60 day window?

It was midnight-ish when FP+ first came out, but now is 7am. A little easier on the sleep pattern. :)

I'm at the 60 day mark today, and I've been trying for almost 90 minutes, but nothing is working. Gotta love it.
