Room Requests

I would like to request a specific building. How far in advance should I call to make that request?

I usually make my request the same day I make my reservation. If I do online checkin, I call afterwards to make sure the request is still there.

Make that request on your initial reservation then two weeks out call the resort directly to ensure that it shows .... but, as always, those are "just requests", not a guarantee to get it. Good luck !!

Unfortunately you can't put a note on your reservation online about requests and when you do online check in you can only choose from check boxes of: near transportation, 1st floor etc so you have to call. I just wasn't sure how soon I should do it, we are 59 days from our trip.:) It's ok if we don't get it, but it never hurts to ask.

I was told not to do it any sooner than 10 days before check-in, and if you call (which you have to do to request a certain room) DO NOT fill out anything about room requests when you do online check-in.
