Happy Friday! It's a Super party!

no, no a superbowl party. I am sure many of us will be at one of those this weekend and since I am not really into the big game this year (wake me up when the Dolphins finally make it back, I am tired of saying maybe next year) I figured we could just have a super party . Maybe celebrate Superman?

Well, that doesn't mean wear your underwear outside of your clothes! Darn it, oh well. It's friday, have fun.

with :beer::marg: as always and juice for the kiddos


Who wants to fire up the grill? I am hungry already! I have been dieting all week but virtual food is calorie free!

For those interested: The Superman
1/3 oz rum coconut
1/3 oz peach Scnapps
1/3 oz triple sec
1 splash grenadine
Pineapple Juice

Fill Highball glass with ice, add equal parts rum, peach schnapps and triple sec. Fill with pineapple juice, stir. Top with grenadine.

I'll start the grill up and in the meantime I made some really tasty appetizers brie filled wontons with jalapeno strawberry drizzle :)
