The Disneyland Resort Celebrates the Holidays with new fun and entertainment. Included are the Festival of Holidays and the Nighttime Spectacular “World of Color – Season of Light”.

:snowman: This year guests will have even more to celebrate as they discover the new Festival of Holidays, with music, dance, food and heartwarming holiday festivities inspired by cultural traditions from around the world.

:ornament: Also new for the season is the holiday themed “World of Color – Season of Light” nighttime water spectacular combining holiday music with Disney animation.

:tree: And returning to celebrate its 20th holiday season is “it’s a small world” Holiday. Discover this year’s “Hidden 20s” as you float along on your voyage.

:santa: Both theme parks offer expanded hours on some days, extending the family fun and allowing more time for guests to enjoy all there is to see and do at the Disneyland Resort.

At Disneyland:
• A Christmas Fantasy Parade celebrates the season with Disney characters and holiday cheer.
• Believe . . . in Holiday Magic Fireworks light up the nights and conclude with a stirring snowfall finale.
• Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle shimmers brightly with sparkling icicles and shimmering lights along its snow capped turrets.
• Town Square Christmas Tree with twinkling lights, festive garland, and nearly 1,800 ornaments is the focal point of Main Street U.S.A.
• Santa Claus can be found welcoming guests at his special location in Critter Country.
• Seasonal Transformations include:
:deer: it’s a small world Holiday celebrating holiday traditions and all the children of the world for its 20th year.
:sleigh: Haunted Mansion Holiday featuring Jack Skellington and his friends from “The Nightmare Before Christmas”.
:gift: Jingle Cruise brightening up the holidays in the jungle for the riverboat skippers and their guests.

At Disney California Adventure:
• Festival of Holidays celebrates holiday festivities of diverse cultures with music, dance, craft-making, and food.
• Disney ¡Viva Navidad! returns with seasonal sights, sounds, and flavors of Latin America.
• World of Color – Season of Light brings the warmth of the holidays to you through a stunning nighttime water spectacular.
• Carthay Circle Christmas Tree dazzles Buena Vista Street with its 1920s type decorations from the time when Walt Disney first arrived in LA.
• Santa Claus will be making his holiday visit at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. Enjoy the decorations and games on the holiday trail.
• Cars Land and a bug’s land both transform in to holiday wonderlands in their own unique styles representing . . . cars and bugs!

In Downtown Disney and At the Disneyland Resort Hotels:
• These areas join in the holiday festivities with twinkling lights and ornaments, holiday displays, special entertainment and holiday dining with themed menus. Don’t miss the giant gingerbread house in the lobby of the Grand Californian Hotel.

Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour

Celebrate the season with a glimpse at how the magic is made to shine brighter all across the Disneyland Resort.

Discover the Merriest Place on Earth
Thanks to nearly a million sparkling lights, thousands of beautiful decorations, and holiday entertainment around every corner, one of the best ways to rekindle the joy of the season is during Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. This classic tour of both parks gives you a close up look at the Disneyland Resort’s seasonal transformation.

Your guide for this 2.5 hour walking tour will share favorite Disneyland holiday traditions from around the world. You’ll also enjoy reserved seating for the A Christmas Fantasy Parade and delicious holiday treats. Take home a recently redesigned collectable pin plus a button that can be personalized with your name as tour mementos.

The Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour is offered daily through January 8, 2017. A perennial favorite, portions of the tour are refreshed each year, so even if you’ve participated in the past, you’re sure to see and hear something new.

Know Before You Go
Important tips and information regarding topics like reservations, confirmations, where to meet your Tour Guide and what to wear.
Theme Park Admission
• Separate theme park admission is required for all Disneyland Resort Tours. Admission is not included in the Tour price.
Reservations
• Please call (714)781-TOUR(8687) to make your reservations.
• Same-day bookings are on a walk-up basis only, based on availability.
• Registering Guests must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID.
• Guests 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years of age or older).
Advance Booking
• You may book a tour 30 days in advance.
• Tours in languages other than English are available with advance notice.
Confirmation Number
• When you call to make your reservation, you will be given a confirmation number.
• Write down and bring this number with you; you will not receive a confirmation email.
Check In
• Enter the Disneyland Park Main Gate. Separate theme park admission is required.
• Walk under the West Tunnel. A Cast Member will help you, if you need directions.
• Go to the Disneyland Tour Gardens kiosk to the left of City Hall and check in for your tour.
• Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour.
Ticket Pick Up
• To pick up your tickets, present your confirmation number at the Tour kiosk.
• If you do not have your confirmation number, you may use your last name and the credit card number used to purchase the tickets.
Meet Your Tour Guide
• Once you have your tickets, gather by the sign that says, “Guided Tour Guests—Please Meet Your Tour Guide Here.”
What to Wear
• Please note that Disneyland Resort Tours are outdoor walking tours.
• Be prepared: check the weather forecast, dress appropriately and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Annual Passholders receive a 15% discount on Disneyland Guided Tours.

Separate theme park admission is required for all Disneyland Resort Tours. Please check the Admission and Blockout Calendar for your tour date and make sure your Passport is valid on the tour date you've chosen.
