Custom Avatar

Greetings!

Do you allow custom avatars? I have one I would like to use, but not sure if I can. And if I can, I don't see the option when editing. Do I need a certain amount of activity under my belt before that's possible?

Custom avatars are for the INTERCOT staff at this time. There are some members who participated in a server drive years ago who received custom avatars at that time.
