Disney VIP Cleaning?

I've heard of this rumored deep cleaning service, but haven't found much on it? Is it a rumor, or a thing of days passed? I'd pay extra to get a clean disney room.

I've had this done before, the air filters are A MESS and drive my allergies crazy. However, if you request a deep cleaning, you are "stuck" with the room they give you, and other than the filter, I've found it to be hit and miss on how actually clean the rest of the room is.
