D-Luxe Burger Shares S’mores Gelato Shake Recipie for National S’mores Day

For National S’mores Day, D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs has released the recipe for its signature S’mores Gelato Shake:




Shake Ingredients

12 ounces vanilla gelato
2 ounces whole milk
1/2 ounce dark chocolate sauce
1 ounce toasted marshmallow syrup
1 tsp crushed graham crackers

For Garnish

whipped cream
mini marshmallows
graham cracker
dark chocolate sauce

Directions

1) Blend vanilla gelato, whole, milk, dark chocolate sauce, toasted marshmallow syrup, and crushed graham crackers until smooth.
2) Pour in tall glass
3) Garnish with whipped cream, mini marshmallows and graham cracker
4) Drizzle dark chocolate sauce on top of garnish.

Chef's Tip:

Toasted marshmallow syrup can typically found at specialty grocery stores

Personally, I don't care for S'mores. I am, however, looking forward to trying the Smoked Bourbon Gelato Shake in about 50 days. :thumbsup:
