MDE Question

[Mom to a Princess and a Prince]

MDE is working perfectly fine on my computer but not on my phone. I am able to log in on the computer, but I keep getting an error message when I try to log in on my phone. I deleted the app and then added again, but no luck. Any suggestions for this non-tech savvy Intercottee?
